Culture is a verb

By consciously culturing empathy and understanding in our communities and companies, we WILL create a more inclusive and supportive environment for everyone. In contrast, by unconsciously culturing apathy and misunderstanding in our communities and companies, we WILL create a less inclusive and support environment for everyone. Without active empathy, cultures of apathy will take over and prosper. A culture of apathy can be successful, prosperous, and innovative, yet as we all know and have seen, they are toxic cultures for ALL those within and beyond.
